Q: Do you ship goods to provinces?
A: Yes wherever you are, LBC will find you =) We can also send via Victory Liner (we charge minimal fixed delivery fee to Victory terminal)

Q: How much is my shipping fee?
A: It depends on your location and the items you ordered. It is calculated by weight or size (whichever is higher) and your location (NCR/ luzon/ visayas/ mindanao/ international)

Q: When will i receive my order?
A: 1st: It will depend on the date and time you paid. We immediately bring paid orders to LBC/ Victory Liner terminal
2nd: It will depend on the 3rd party courier. Sadly, we do not have any control on their logistics, riders and schedule. Our responsibility is to send your orders to them ASAP upon payment.

Q: Can you determine exact delivery time? because Im home alone and i will be leaving for work.
A: NO. As mentioned above, 3rd party courier's rider schedule is beyond our knowledge and control. It will depend on the rider's delivery load / route which varies every single day. Best is keep your mobile phone accessible as they might call you for delivery updates

Q: Is the shipping fee charged at cost?
A: YES, we do not make profit from shipping fees.

Q: Are the branded goods original?
A: Yes they are.

Q: The description said its 5inches wide. but when i measured, its 5.15inches.
A: As you will notice, all our stated sizes has "approx" it is usually rounded off to the nearest quarter (ex: 1" 1.25" 1.5" 1.75")
